Guarantee 1. Electronically Deliverable Items Items delivered electronically are not returnable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just tell us what you like, we will be happy to redo the work for you free of charge within 30 days after the purchase. 2. Other Items Every order is guaranteed to meet your satisfaction or you can return it to us unused within 60 days for refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Electronically Deliverable Items Image files will be sent to you via e-mail within 48 hours after the payment. 2. Other Items All other orders placed online will be shipped worldwide via registered air mail from Shanghai, China. We charge US$6.95 flat-rate shipping for your entire order. Rates for very small items are even lower. Add as many items to your order as you like - shipping will still be just US$6.95 or less. Customized items will be shipped in 3-5 business days after the payment, other items will be shipped in 3 business days. Although most international shipments arrive in 8-11 business days, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive an item within a reasonable time, please let us know.
