The pendant is designed with the Chinese symbol for "good fortune", "good luck", or "blessing", a dragon and a phoenix.
The dragon and the phoenix are two of the four spirit animals of ancient China. Chinese people believe they could drive away mischances and bring happiness. And traditionally Chinese associate the phoenix (female) intimately with the dragon (male) to symbolize blissful relations, such as love.
The pendant is made of 925 sterling silver and Chinese jade, 15/16" (2.4cm) in diameter. Gift box included.
